National Poetry Day
On Thursday 3rd of October, we celebrated National Poetry Day. This year, year 7 students had the exciting opportunity to take part in a Guiness World Record. Twenty-nine of our year 7 students joined schools from around the country on a Zoom call endeavouring to create a new world record: most students on record co writing a poem. Delivered by renowned author Laura Mucha, our students shined as they shared their thoughts and collaborated to create poetry.
