Bury Hospice Fundraising Activity

As part of the school's community and character development programme, students of Hazel Wood High School carried out a sponsored Christmas jumper day. The event also gave us an opportunity to support our chosen charity ‘Bury Hospice, which gave our students a responsibility to raise funds and be active citizens within the community. A huge thank you to all those that took part in the event and raised much needed funds for our local Hospice.
We are delighted to share that we raised £1075.00. Ibrahim Shabir and Kara Brady from Year 9 presented the cheque to Dale Mulgrew from Bury Hospice.
