The Friends of Hazel Wood High School were given a task to set a Competition to design a logo for the 'Friends of Hazel Wood High. All entries were very impressive, receiving entries from Unsworth Primary and Hazel Wood High. The entries were of such a high quality, and we are extremely proud of all our students. The judging panel finally made a decision and 1st Prize of a laptop was awarded to Amina Nasir, Year 10 student at Hazel Wood High School.

The runners up were awarded a £20 Amazon voucher :

Nida Quynh Year 8 Hazel Wood High School

Lewis Worthington Year 10 Hazel Wood High School

Huge thanks to Councilor Holt, who is also a member of the Friends for donating the 1st prize of a laptop.

All entries received a certificate and chocolate Easter Egg. The Easter Eggs were kindly donated by Janet Adams, member of Friends of Hazel Wood High and also, Oak Learning Partnership trustee.

We wish to recognise your outstanding contribution and attention to detail and thank you for your exceptional entries for the 'Friends of Hazel Wood High School' logo competition. 

We plan to display all entries in Unsworth Primary and Hazel Wood High School.
