Congratulations to our Year 11 Leaders
The leaders received excellent feedback from the primary school staff and the event organiser from Panathlon UK.
They grew in confidence as the event progressed and were a credit to our school. All pupils had the opportunity to lead sessions and deliver to some pupils who had complex educational needs which brought out the leader's kind and caring nature.

I wanted to compliment your pupils who were games leaders at the primary school Panathlon event held yesterday at Castle Leisure Centre.
They were all a credit to your school in the manner in which they engaged with, helped and encouraged the participants. The event was for SEND children, which meant that a caring and nurturing side was also needed.
However, I would like to give a special mention to EvanJPok,? who I believe she is in Year 11. She was fabulous with our children. She is a real natural in terms of temperament, the way she spoke to them and always had a smile on her face. Whatever her future plans are, I would be pleased if you could acknowledge this in her college applications, etc.
