Law Trip
Posted on Tuesday 22nd March 2022
The students participated in a question and answer session with a law professor from the university and from a second year law student. The students then were able to take part in a mock trial that was based around a real criminal case about hate crime. Roles were given out such as the judge, defendant, prosecuting barrister, defence barrister, witnesses and jury. They were given time to study the case and then the case began, with the jury eventually finding the defendant not guilty!
