Oak Experiences - Living Your Best Life
Over the past year, Year 7 have been challenged with completing 50 tasks as part of our Oak Experiences package. The scheme, Living Your Best Life, has tasks such as “go on a nature walk” and are designed to allow students to expand their life experiences whilst also developing their personal qualities.
Living Your Best Life can also be completed in Year 8 and Year 9 meaning that students have plenty of time to complete the booklet. Students are rewarded for their participation through our termly rewards assemblies and are given a certificate upon completing 30, 40 and all 50 tasks. We have currently five students who have achieved the Sapling Award for completing over 40 tasks. Let's keep our fingers crossed for some snow this winter so they can make a snow angel!
