Year 8 have worked extremely hard and demonstrated fantastic consideration for others when brainstorming ideas of ways to raise money. The first event Year 8 took part in this week was the penalty shoot out. Massive well done to the 4 winners; Ali, Mustufa, Malachi and Jack - enjoy your chocolates! A big thank you to Mr Bland for stepping up and being the goal keeper. The year group have also taken part in a mile and supported the community by doing some litter picking around the school grounds. Another huge thank you to the goodwill of the rest of the year groups and teachers who also kindly contributed when Year 8 form captains kindly asked for sponsors and donations. Year 8 have been able to raise a fantastic £120 for Samaritan's!
