After school on Thursday 30th March, our year eleven students took on members of staff in an exhilarating four-quarter match of Netball.

We are please to announce that our catering will be taken over by Aspens following the Easter break.

Year 9 students from Hazel Wood competed against Derby High at Netball on Tuesday 21st March.

On Saturday 11th March, a team of Hazel Wood High School pupils took part in a Magistrates’ Court Mock Trial at Blackburn Magistrates' Court. The team consisted of a selection of students from Year 7, 8 and 10.

We had another year of excellent celebrations for World Book day on Thursday the 2nd of March 2023. This year, our theme was Fairy-tale and the morals in them; and each faculty had a really interesting take on the them.
