Hazel Wood Transition Day and Parents Evening
Hazel Wood High School was excited to be able to welcome our new Year 7 cohort to school on Thursday, 26th June 2025 for our annual Transition Day, followed by a Transition Evening for parents and carers that evening.
Neighbourhood Policing Week and Knife Crime Awareness Session
As part of the Neighbourhood Policing Week of Action, which began on 23rd June and celebrated the vital work of neighbourhood policing teams, Hazel Wood High School welcomed PC Nadeem, School Engagement Officer, for an important educational session.
Chester Zoo Visit
On Wednesday 2nd April, students from Hazel Wood enjoyed a trip to Chester Zoo.
Imperial War Museum Workshop
On Tuesday 1st April, the Imperial War Museum visited Hazel Wood High School, with the entire Year 8 cohort taking part in a workshop about VE day and were able to view and interact with some artifacts from WW2.
